Requirements

  • Solid wine sales experience dealing with private client’s
  • Passionate about wine with good knowledge on the subject
  • Good business acumen, ability to anticipate market requirements, independent, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills dealing with private clients
  • Candidate should be flexible, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team with a focus on achieving results
  • Good command of both written and spoken English or Chinese

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and achieve client satisfaction
  • Generate regular reporting on customer performance, including sales forecasting and actual sold
  • Identify opportunities, new campaigns and channels to increase sales
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to insure closure on open issues
  • Implementing and manage sales plan to achieve sustainable business throughout the year
  • Meet, and exceed, sales revenue targets for category in line with KPI deliverables
