Our Client is a leading MNC worldwide company. They are seeking an assertive and professional individual to join their team as Business Analyst Associate for their Hong Kong team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Softlines business, finding and explore potential new clients and working to turn these leads into customers
  • Achieve personal and team sales target
  • Work closely with technical staff to participate in tender/bidding, and take lead on program/project execution locally
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, account growth, expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of complex and/or high profile managed accounts
  • Monitor the entire service delivery process to achieve business/customer target, ensure highly effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Establish and monitor customers’ performance metrics, conduct business analysis for management’s forecast and planning
  • Collect and maintains information, including business plan, from managed accounts so as to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and business opportunities and threats
  • Respond effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues
  • Keep track of current progress of potential clients and send a regular update of planned activities
  • Perform sales and marketing activity assigned by supervisor
  • Work with operation team to continue maintaining relationships with existing clients and generate incremental business
  • Lead potential client visits through the operations department and facility

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or  Client Relationship management in testing, inspection and certification industry
  • Professional knowledge in Softlines is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
  • Highly motivated, well organized and enthusiastic
  • Good proficiency in written and oral English
  • Willing to travel if required
