Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily functions of Financial Accounting, focus on General Accounting and Accounts Receivables
  • Ensure credit management process is on time, general ledgers are reconciled, complete and accurate
  • Carry out monthly closing, internal management reporting and inter-company reconciliation
  • Work with internal / external teams to resolve finance issues
  • Assist in company statutory reporting and liaise with auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, etc.
  • Implement system process for group procedures and workflow improvements
  • Maintain and provide finance statistical data and information for analysis
  • Facilitate annual audit and internal control compliance
  • Assist in various ad hoc missions

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in MNC, Retailing, Shared Service Centre, auditing is an advantage
  • Well-organized, problem solving and good interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient user in Excel and ERP system; Knowledge in SAP R3 & SAP Business One is an asset
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, Business English writing
  • Immediately available is highly preferable

Candidate with more experience might be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.
