A great opportunity to join a well-established Multi-national manufacturing company, specialising in creating mobile/computing accessories. The senior admin officer will be mainly supporting the General Manager and the company's back office operation to ensure smooth running of their HK office.

Client Details

Our client is an American based manufacturer, where they specialise in producing mobile/computing accessories. They have been the global leader in technology for the past 40 years, supplying their products globally across 70 countries. They are currently looking for a senior admin officer to join their company to provide full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative support.

Description

  • Provide full spectrum secretarial support to the General Manager (e.g. travel arrangement, calendar management, expenses claim).

  • Oversee the full spectrum of office administration and facilities in Hong Kong, including general office management, reception, asset inventory and maintenance, procurement of office supplies, working with the Global Facility group on any office renovation and support to employees on business travel and hotel arrangements.

  • Manage office services suppliers and monitor their performance to deliver cost-effective and satisfactory service.

  • Work closely to support the HR team to provide HR administration support, e.g. company events, on-boarding arrangement etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks, if required

Profile

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial and office administration experience
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet project timelines
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to influence external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to provide supervision and coaching to the office administration staff to deliver satisfactory results.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
