Responsibilities

  • Responsible for an effective and efficiency office administration services including facilities management, procurement of office supplies/services, records management, premises and equipment repair & maintenance, access control, office renovation, etc.
  • Source, negotiate, maintain the service contracts with providers and monitor the quality and delivery of their services.
  • Responsible for arranging business travel, corporate hotels, service apartments and staff quarters
  • Ensure all office facilities are following government regulations and company policies on Health, Safety, Security and Environmental
  • Abstract and consolidate monthly office administration reports
  • Organize staff events, e.g. Christmas Party
  • Supervise a small team of administration staff
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience gained in MNC or sizable company
  • Independent, well organized, systematic and easily adaptable to changes
  • A good team player and able to communication well with people at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge in AutoCAD will be an advantage
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
