Main Duties:-
- Assist to maintain and support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Safety Management System
- Provide support in office administration and staff training
- Application and maintain records of Security Personnel Permit (Cat. D) for operations staff
- Coordination with related departments, contractors and sub-contractors for audit documentation
- Maintain document filing system
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:-
- Degree or Diploma holder in Quality Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in ISO – Quality Management System and Safety Management System
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrator
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Safety Management System
- Familiar with application of Security Personnel Permit (Cat. D) is an added advantage
- Able to work independently, strong problem solving skill and integrity
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua is a plus
- Good command of Ms Office
