Role Summary

 

Deliver “One-stop EB Solution” and “Best-in-Class” services to provident funds customers and various distribution channels. Provide professional administrative supports and services to delight customers’ needs and expectation in provident funds scheme administration.

 

Result Areas

  • Participate in executing compliance procedures and implementation of the relevant control measures including anti-money laundering, quality/performance monitoring, and risk assessment review.
  • Prepare compliance reports/investigation for management review
  • Assist the Manager in coordinating departmental compliance exercises and audit review
  • Prepare MIS report for management review

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Degree holder
  • 2 or above years’ work experience in administration
  • Less years of experience will be considerable for Administrator position
  • Prior experience in provident funds administration or compliance control is preferred

 

Knowledge/Skills

 

  • Mature, well organized capability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Attend to details and able to work independent
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • PC literate in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing
