RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage individual store inventory by analyzing “weeks on hand", “weeks of supply" and “balance of stock relative to deliveries"
• Monitor closely the store stock level against capacity, and to propose viable action plan to line manager when exceeding
• Arrange inter-store stock transfers to maximize sales and optimize inventory; achieve turn objectives at a category level
• Ensure timely merchandise delivery and alert related parties on any delay
• Analyze store / size trends and apply to future stock allocation
• Manage License Category through sound business analysis and propose replenishment order to Vendors
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross function team (Merchandising, Planning, Logistics and Store Operation team)

 

EDUCATION, PRIOR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Bachelor degree holder
• 3 - 5 years allocation experience with good knowledge in retail performance metrics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: English and Cantonese
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of JDA allocation and SAP application a plus
