RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise a team of recruiter to recruit and engage with panel members
  • Manage and respond to panel member enquiries
  • Manage the panel compliance and stability in order to achieve high data quality
  • Update and maintain an up-to-date database of panel members and generate timely panel statistics and reports
  • Regularly consolidate and review KPIs to ensure high operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to support business growth Deep-dive into any operation issue and drive the resolution

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines
  • 3-5 years working experience in a related field, preferably with knowledge and experience of running a panel for research purpose
  • Excellent interpersonal skills Effective at communicating with external and internal departments on data logic, processes and procedures
  • Solid problem solving skills, able to perform in depth root cause analysis and drive towards appropriate long term resolutions
  • Strong numeric sense and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated, can work independently but also a good team player PC skills with programming knowledge/ experience
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese/Mandarin
