Description

  • You will responsible for design a total solutions for retails solutions including a mobile customer service apps, VIP experience, loyalty program and customer journey;
  • This role will work with different team such as customer & digital experience team, CRM, Marketing and IT development team to understand the business requirements in order to design and develop the data-driven solutions for target customer experience strategy using data lead initiatives across the business;
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and recommend insights to drive business results;
  • Gather the requirements and propose the data driven solution such as building interactive performance dashboards, set up predictive statistical models, segmentation profiling, sales campaign and activation post evaluation;
  • Work through complex data-sets from different silos to craft the story with proper visualisations;
  • Formulate the data strategy and governance to improve the customer experience;
  • Enrich the customer profiles for segmentation and proposition design purposes via study CRM objectives and customer needs;
  • Ensure compliance with robust data governance policies and practices;
  • Vendor management for market intelligence, research and website tracking

Profile

  • Degree or above in computer science/ data science/ Mathematics/ Statistics or related discipline;
  • At least 3 years of experience in formulating the data-driven solutions for target customer experience strategy using BI analytic tools such as Tableau OR PowerBI;
  • With around 3 years hands-on experience in SQL development;
  • With strong experience using Google Analytic OR Adobe analytic;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Cantonese and English

Job Offer
