A senior position to provide technical support, training, and consultation to customers for the company diagnostic products

Client Details

Our client is a reputable healthcare company specialising in technologically advanced medical devices. Their expertise in medical research created innovative products that set a benchmark in medical history. They are now seeking a senior application specialist to represent their unique patient-care products and assist in developing fruitful business.

Description
  • Teach customer-training programs.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system.
  • Prepare business documents/correspondence, e.g., Technical Bulletins, customer letters, departmental procedures (DPs), and project reports.
  • Perform laboratory testing (e.g. surveys, complaint investigations, training material protocol preparations).
    Support the launch of new products.
  • Develop working knowledge of the market & the applications of company products.
  • Provide technical support, training, troubleshooting, and consultation to customers for the diagnostic test systems.


Profile

Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above in biomedical science or related
  • practice experiences in biological/medical laboratory is a plus
  • marketing experience would be a plus
  • Good knowledge in Microbiology & Molecular biology.
