Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager, Management Reporting to produce Monthly/Quarterly Management Reports for regional office and Group
  • Perform financial analysis / interpretation on the financial results, in particular comparisons between actual results versus plan in order to keep track of the financial performance
  • Weekly Sales reporting mainly for local management team and regional office
  • Involved in other adhoc financial analysis including business initiatives / projects – cost and benefit analysis
  • Preparation of the business plan / quarterly forecast

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or Business with a recognized professional accounting
  • At least 3 years experience in insurance industry, cost analysis and management reporting
  • Strong business acumen with outstanding planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
