  • We are looking for SENIOR BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE – with details as follows : 

  • Degree holder
  • At least 4 years of marketing or brand management, including digital marketing experience, preferably in the eyewear/fashion/fashion accessories brands
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Develop all-round marketing programmes for global fashion & optical brand partners and regional distributors in the Asia Pacific:
  • Define 360 marketing strategies in line with different brand positioning and drive brand equity.
  • Lead regional marketing campaigns with synergies between visual merchandising, online & offline advertising, promotion activities, GWP, PR, digital marketing, social media, events and brand collaboration to maximise ROI and ensure local relevance while adhering to global brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Negotiate with key accounts and develop the superior in-store presence of the brands in designated channels and drive category penetration.
  • Create a seamless message to customers and optimise the customer journey across retail and online channels.
  • Explore potential E-footprints, formulate and implement e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement
  • Initiate potential brand collaborations and integrate eyewear in brand activities to get global brand leverage
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across global & region to ensure smooth delivery of goals and identify requirements from stakeholders and commercial teams across global and regional levels into optimisation opportunities—feed the European Brand team to ensure that Asian specificities and needs are considered to optimise results.
  • Perform effective control of campaign results and takes corrective action to guarantee that the achievement falls within designed budgets.
  • Conduct annual exercises on budgeting, new product launch, trade promotion, fund allocation, and manage spending within assigned budget
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting, i.e., monthly marketing expense, activity summary, POP ordering, etc.
  • Sustainability and social compliance and audit follow up
  • Group Corporate communication and marketing
  • Operational marketing for brands in Asia Pacific
  • 5 days work
