We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will

  • As a key member of projects team within the Global Custody Product Team you will work closely with global custody business functions including product, product delivery, settlement, Corporate actions, Tax, Customer service and partner management
  • You are responsible for conducting in depth requirement analysis, preparation of business specification, compile test cases and support business testing
  • Lead medium sized project implementation from request initiation to completion
  • Propose, review business requirement and ensure it aligns global standard
  • Provide clear analysis on the main business driver, benefit and cost on business initiatives
  • Conduct in depth functional analysis on business requirement
  • Provide clear resolution on business issue and propose solution based on a solid knowledge foundation
  • Deliver key initiatives and support the growth of the Global Custody business
  • You will work closely with global custody business functions including product, product delivery, settlement, Corporate actions, Tax, Customer service and partner managements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Proven Business Analyst experience with proven track records in global deliveries
  • Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in financial industry.
  • Experience in Global Custody is not essential but preferable
  • Able to understand the business broadly as well as in granular details
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions & stakeholders globally
  • Excellent problem solving and User support skills
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery
  • Maintain can do attitude and stay positive towards challenges.
  • Being open, dependable and align the HSBC values
