We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Analyst. 

In this role, you will

  • Oversee the business and operational aspects of Transfer Agency Supports and Changes globally
  • Act as a primary liaison between user community and the technical groups for the purposes of specific project
  • Ensure successful capture of business requirements and processes by preparing gap analysis of existing system functionality and user requirements

  • Manage user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of system enhancement meeting user requirements and quality standards
  • Examine techniques, systems and processes in use and determine appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs and enhance efficiency to meet business needs

  • Document existing processes and assist in identifying areas of improvement
  • Provide training to users on solutions implemented 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Degree holder in business, computer science or related discipline
  • Working experience in investment and finance field with position in business analysis, project management or support role. Preferably with knowledge of transfer agency.
  • Strong self motivation and proactive in driving change, with independent thinking, high integrity and professionalism.
  • An analytical mind with good interpersonal, problem solving and presentation skill

  • Able to multi tasking, work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment.
  • Able to provide high level customer service in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Putonghua is an added advantage.
