Job duties:

  • Achieve channel sales target
  • Maintain the target persistency of EB and GI business
  • Assist and support manager to design and implement of the sales plan to develop a professional sales team
  • Formulate and execute promotion activities
  • Drive the sales process of EB and GI business through distributors
  • Provide sales support and trainings to agents in order to make EB and GI sales (e.g. joint call, road show, sales material, incentive program, training and seminar
  • Support and organize sales related promotions and campaign
  • Formulate and execute promotion activities
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with distributors

Experience and qualifications:

  • University graduate preferable
  • IIQAS Paper I, II, III
  • Holder of ANZIIF (Sr. Assoc) or ACII or equivalent
  • Over 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good presentation and selling skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Mature, independent and excellent communication skill
