Senior Business Process Analyst (Hong Kong)

Our client, a world leading retail group with global operations, is looking for an Senior Business Process Analyst for their Hong Kong Offices.  

The new hire will become a part of the company’s dynamic Business Improvement, Strategy & Projects team.  

 

Role Purpose:

The Senior Business Process Analyst will develop and embed effective ways of working to drive improved efficiencies across the
sourcing operations of the company. 

Role Profile:

Role Title: Senior Business Process Analyst
Reporting To: Business Improvement Manager
Role Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in business process engineering and apply it to the analysis of current state as well as the
    design and development of future state by rightly engaging stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high
    level information into details to a general understanding
  • Participate in business improvement projects by delivering project tasks and milestones efficiently and
    on time
  • Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to support efficiency improvement
  • Effectively lead change through collaboration with team members to drive adoption
  • Establish measures to govern process compliance and report to management for review
  • Assess the processes and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency to realise benefits
  • Provide coaching to members within the team and support the resolution of issues 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, operations management, computer science, statistics or
    related disciplines
  • Lean or Six Sigma or BPM (Business Process Management) certification
  • At least 7 years’ experience in business process management across functions in a multinational
    organisation
  • Proven track record in process design, development and governance by applying established
    methodologies, including running workshops with stakeholders across functions
  • Experience in embedding new processes and driving change in the business
  • Experience in defining processes for RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
