Cathay Pacific Catering Services (H.K.) Limited is one of the largest flight kitchens in the world with the largest catering facility at Hong Kong International Airport, producing a daily average of 83,000 meals daily and serving over 50 international airline clients with an order fulfillment of up to 200 flights daily.

Responsibilities

  • Sets prices in compliance with the budget and company target, ensuring accurate and proper costing on all airline catering menu items
  • Coordinates with internal departments on information relating to food products, purchase cost, yielding, and other cost, including handling, transportation, etc.
  • Assists Assistant Catering Services Manager in handling customers’ enquiries on menu proposals, price indications, menu samples, food purchase, catering orders and other special events
  • Monitors and analyzes cost and price trend closely and take necessary actions to ensure that the target revenue could be achieved
  • Supervises, guides and coaches a small team to provide outstanding catering service to airline customers
  • Leads departmental and cross-departmental projects to drive for positive results


Requirements

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel/Catering/Food Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of working experience in hotel or catering management industry
  • Good interpersonal skill and out-going with sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese; Proficient in Mandarin at working level would be a definite plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Shift duty may be required, depending the actual situation
