The Job

  • Act as key person to handle special client project
  • Maintain intimate relationship with our clients
  • Responsible for report review, handling technical enquiries and customer complaints

The Person

  • Degree in science / engineering / related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience
  • Previous exposure gained in merchandising / testing / Toys / hardgoods / trading / manufacturing field is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese ( Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Candidate with more experience (with at least 2 years in supervisory level) will be considered for the position of CS Supervisor
