Requirements

  • Degree/Higher Diploma holder with membership of HKICS or ICSA
  • 3 years or above working experience in professional firm or listed company
  • Well-versed in Main Board Listing Rules and the requirements of SFO reporting
  • Good command of spoken & written English and conversational Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese WP
  • Self-motivated, energetic, result-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, team player, pleasant personality and responsible
  • Less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer

Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties for subsidiaries and joint venture companies Responsible for preparing board minutes, announcements, circulars and interim/annual report
  • Participate in organizing board meetings/committee meetings and preparing related materials
  • Maintain systematic documentations & SFO filings and statutory documents preparation
  • Ensure proper compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements
