Job Description
You will have to act as an interface between clients and the company by handling enquiries, feedbacks and complaints (written and on the phone), through all service communication channels. Your role will also be to stay aware of any case that could have an impact; handle sensitive case if necessary as well as support Centres on providing useful information (updates, handouts, knowledgebase, etc.). You will also be expected to provide constructive and helpful suggestions to your supervisors and managers in order to enhance clients’ experience.

Requirements

  • University Degree holder 2-4 years’ experience in Customer Services (preferably in complaint handling)
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Candidates with more language skills would be definitely advantage

You are: Customer-focused, good communication skills and self-motivated
willing to work under shift duties that can include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays to maintain Centre Operations
