Duties:
- Assist the Manager - Conference and Function to oversee the operation of the Section and supervise the staff
- Assist with the operation and organisation of institutional conferences and events
- Plan, execute and monitor conferences and functions independently
- Co-ordinate the promotional material and publications of various Institutional events
- Liaise with various service providers/suppliers for venue, catering and other logistics arrangements
- Serve as secretary/assistant secretary of committees and working groups
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications or Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- AT least 3 years work experience in conference or event management industries will be a definite advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is necessary
- High literacy in PC applications including MS Office
- A good team player, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Be able to handle correspondence independently
