A highly regarded international law firm in Hong Kong is currently hiring a Senior Conflicts Analyst to help lead their Hong Kong team.
Client Details
Headquartered in the US, our client has a sizeable business in Asia and a long-standing presence in Hong Kong. The compliance team is responsible for handling global matters, so the role will work closely with counter-parts in their other offices.
Description
Reporting to the Global Manager, this role will be responsible for handling the following duties:
- Perform end-to-end conflicts checking process
- Maintain the conflicts database
- Assist with AML and CDD when required
- Conduct due diligence on third parties
- Uphold and monitor general risk management of the firm
- Conduct internal training when necessary
Profile
The required candidate must have solid experience handling conflicts of interest matters, which has either been gained from working in another law firm or a professional firm. They must demonstrate a strong sense of urgency when adhering to deadlines and a high-level of professionalism in upholding the firm's compliance policies and procedures. English and Chinese is required.
