Senior Consultant – PeopleSoft HR.

Job Duties:

  • Leading requirements gathering and design workshops
  • Analysing existing GL workflow and designing to-be processes
  • Conducting requirements gap analysis and suggesting solutions
  • Writing reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements and forms functional specifications
  • Planning and conducting system integration, and user acceptance tests
  • Planning for system cutover/go-live and providing user support


Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources discipline within the banking and insurance sector
  • Experience in GL accounting, design of the functional modules of ERP applications – Oracle Financials
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HR modules, eg. Benefit, Compensation, implementation will be a definite advantage
  • Possess PeopleSoft Reports/Forms IDE development and system integration experience for the Technical Consultant position
  • Excellent communication skills with customer executive and working levels
  • Excellent in speaking fluent English and Cantonese
  • Less experience will be considered to Consultant position
