Responsibilities:

  • Creates & handles bookings timely
  • Addresses customer problems. Handles customer enquiries and complaints
  • Ensures that any and all documentation required for a shipment is received in a timely manner
  • Updates bookings when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes
  • Ensure timely resolution on rate issue
  • Adhere to effective team spirit and resolve miscommunication efficiently.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics /  freight forwarding / shipping liners
  • Higher Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines is appreciated
  • Responsible and customer-oriented character
  • Good team player
  • Fast learner
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook)
