Responsibilities:

  • Lead the vendor management team to monitor the performance and standard of all vendors including property management companies, suppliers, consultants and contractors in property and facilities management for all leased and owned properties of the Bank in different categories
  • Implement systemic vendor management approach with well-defined service level and key performance indicators to effectively monitor and uplift the performance and quality of the vendors
  • Understand the building conditions and user requirements of bank properties and plan ahead various maintenance or improvement plan for individual buildings or premises to meet needs in different time span and effective implementation by the vendors

  • Conversant in statutory requirements and other associated real estate legal documents in property and facilities management and deal with corresponding issues and stakeholders to ensure all buildings are fully compliant

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building, Housing, Property or Facilities Management, Real Estate, Procurement or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience in property and facilities management with at least 5 years managerial experience and proven track record of vendor management experience, preferably in Large Corporate or Institutes, or with portfolio management in property management companies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and with people management experience
  • Technically competent and customer-centric
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong document and analytical skills and conversant to manage writing tasks in both English and Chinese using MS excel and powerpoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Mandarin speaking is an advantage
