 Job Responsibilities:

  • Response to customer's enquiries and complaints via online chat / phone / email
  • Response to clients' need and problem solving
  • Achieve familiarity with promotional information and brand policies
  • Daily order management, follow up with logistics team on shipping and delivery issues

 

Job Requirements:

  • Good Command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Minimun Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Familiarity with sales processes (returns, refunds, invoices, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn
  • Proactive handle problem skills, understanding of when to escalate problems
  • Experience in call center or counter services
  • Able to work on shift
  • Good typing skills incluing English and Chinese (need to pass typing test)
  • Immediately is highly advantage
