Work location : Kwun Tong 

Working at our Hong Kong headquarter office, you will become a valuable member of our committed team and contribute in delivering outstanding experience to our customers. You will provide accurate information and assistance to customers in the markets covered by the consolidated Trace Center on delivery information, customs clearance information; to communicate with customers experiencing service or delivery problems and resolve issues with customers and service complaints with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Two (2) years experience in customer service and interaction
  • Patient and able to work under pressure
  • Basic PC skills

Work Shift:

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
