About Our Client

A leading global hospitality group providing executive club lounge and extraordinary concierge services to premium members.

Requirements

  • Degree / Associate Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management
  • 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in serving premium guests
  • Prior exposure in hospitality, airlines or hotline center is highly preferred
  • Presentable, independent, result-driven with good communication skills
  • Computer knowledge in using MS Office including Word, Outlook etc
  • Good communication of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Perform guest relations duties and handle the smooth operation of Club Lounge
  • Effectively manage members’ interaction, identify their needs and provide solutions
  • Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled in a professional & tactful manner
  • Build up and maintain close guests relationship and update accurate information
