Division: Customer Service Division

 

In this position, you will:

  • Mainly handle outbound warm calls (existing customer group);
  • Promote mobile services / products to selected customers by phone in order to meet preset sales target;
  • Handle hotline services and answer enquires for customers.

 

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • 1 year relevant work experience preferably in Customer Service/ outbound/ mobile sales;
  • Willing to work under pressure, self-motived and pleasant personality;
  • Excellent communication skills and good customer service skills;
  • Result driven towards achieving sales target;
  • Good command of phone manner;
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Customer Relations Specialist, who is required to monitor a small team. 

 

When you work:

  • 5 days’ work per week in shift pattern (including Sunday and Public Holiday)
  • 8.75 hours per day (including 1 hour for meal break)
