Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for its assigned projects
  • Handle communication with customer for assigned projects and other enquiries
  • Process execution and documentation within given guidelines
  • Reporting to CSAM team colleagues and / or KAM of relevant issues, such as customer feedback, problems in executing of services
  • Proactive approach and responsibility on optimization of services and processes
  • Handling of work according to the quality assurance guidelines and the instructions of the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in customer service position
  • Sense for excellence in customer service
  • Extremely well organized and detail-minded
  • Personable and excellent communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Able to work under tight timelines
