  • Supervise the daily operation of a customer services team to ensure quality services is delivered
  • Greet patients and customers in a courteours and professional manner
  • Handle complaints and ad hoc projects as assigned
  • 5.5 day work week


  • Diploma holder or above with 3-5 years' solid experience in customer services  
  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Good supervisory skill and communication skill 
  • Able to work under pressure in a client-focused environment
