Job Duties:

  • Provide face-to-face counter service or call centre service to agents and customers
  • Deliver good customer service and requests in order to meet their enquiries
  • Experience in handle agent / broker or customer enquiries and complaints
  • Experience in email equiries, policy admin or operation process

Qualifications:

  • Diploma holder or above with at least 3 years' customer service experience in life insurance or banking industry
  • Customer service oriented and good at problem solving  and complaint handling skills
  • Good communication skills, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
