Description

  • Provide fast and easy support to customer enquiries on a daily basis
  • Balance customers' expectations and maintain superior service level
  • Handle with customers' complaints by providing effective solutions
  • Build rapport with customers proactively
  • Follow up customer's feedbacks via face-to-face interaction

Profile

  • Candidates with 4-5 years of experience and certificate in hospitality industry are preferable
  • Candidates with more experience might be considered as Senior Customer Service Office
  • Able to work in a customer-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Shift duties are required, 5 days' work week, no overnight-shift needed
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skill
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
