 Our client is a well known financial group, due to their business expansion, they are looking for several staff to join their Customer Services Centre in Hong Kong.

 

Job Description

 

  • 5 days work with day time working hour 
  • Corporation Staff benefits including Insurance /Medical
  • Offer attractive and benefits ($20K-25K + bonus per month)

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide Inbound Call or  face to face customer service  to customer ;
  • To handle application, enquiries and compliant from  Call in or walk in customer;
  • Handle report and ad hoc support administration.

 

Requirements:

 

  • School Certificate or related discipline;
  • Min 1-3 years working experience or plus, few years in handling customer  services center;
  • Solid experience in handling client enquiry and compliant;  
  • Solid experience in Customer Services with Bank/Fin/Insurance Industry is better;
  • Holder of  IIQE certification is a plus but not compulsory;
  • Good telephone manner and willing to learn.
