We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch operations of Customer Services, including Account Opening, Deposits and Remittances, to ensure all operational procedures are followed in compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Engage in system enhancement projects for continuous business development 
  • Manage daily operations of anti-money laundering-related issues e.g. transaction monitoring and customer review
  • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff
  • Handle and assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 8 years' banking experience with in-depth knowledge in branch operations, including 5 years at supervisory level
  • Strong business acumen in branch operations
  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Team player with positive and proactive work attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
