Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support on installation, configuration and maintenance support of laptop, desktop and server computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Provide technical support for employee PC hardware and software, end-user guidance in the use of desktop software tools
  • Dealing with incoming faults in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email
  • Taking ownership of faults and managing them in a logical and methodical manner.
  • Correctly logging incidents and faults, categorizing and prioritizing them in line with team procedures
  • Conducting full and through diagnostics with end users to enable first point of contact fault resolution
  • Ensuring all faults are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in troubleshoot, support and install/image PC/Notebook/Printers
  • Experience in Microsoft OS (Win 7, Win 8, Win 10, Windows Severs OS), Desktop/Workstation, Active Directory, L1 Server support in end user environment
  • Experience in providing Remote Regional Level 1 Support Preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
