Job Description:

To provide administrative support on compensation aspects for Agency Channels.  Responsible for processing accurate compensation payments on timely basis.

  • Ensure the payroll payments for Agency Channel are performed accurately in timely manner

  • Assist team leader to carry out routine payroll related activities

  • Prepare monthly schedules and reports to accounts reconciliation team

  • Respond to distributors’ enquiries

  • Work closely and liaise with various departments on appeal cases handling

  • Calculate compensation adjustments

  • Handle agency tax return filing to IRD

  • Provide supports and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on system enhancements

  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments


Job Requirements:

  • University Graduates in Business Related Subjects
  • Min. 5 years in Distribution Compensation and/ or Agency Administration
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills

  • Insurance, taxation, and payroll knowledge
  • Hands-on experience in compensation operations for distribution channel
  • FLMI qualification will be an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Good communication, time management, and good interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented, and figures sensitive
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Distribution Compensation Officer
