The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the Maintenance Department to ensure smooth running. He/she will also be responsible for proposing and monitoring necessary improvements and modifications to existing M/E plants, overseeing building works to achieve better efficiency, and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. Other duties include preparing and controlling the department’s annual budget, supervising emergency maintenance works and liaising with relevant parties to ensure safety during project implementation.


 1- Degree in Building Services with at least 4 years of experience or  Higher Diploma with 6 years of experience

 2- Minimum 5 years of sound technical experience in property repair  and maintenance, renovation and A&A works

 3- Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
