Qualification & Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in E&M projects ranging from commercial mixed-use development to residential, preferably in plumbing and drainage installation projects.
  • With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and being a good team player.
  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Project Engineer", "Engineer" or "Assistant Engineer".

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for tender preparation and cost control, liaise with external parties, eg. main contractors, consultants and clients, as well as internal parties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects.
  • Oversee and inspect PD work carried out by contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative and safety requirements.
  • Carry out the ad hoc works as assigned.
