THE COMPANY :
- HK company over 30 years history
- Manufacturer : plastic toys and soft toys
- Factories : 2 X Dongguan + 2 X Vietnam
- Main market : US, European and Canadian market
- We are looking for SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER (station Dongguan) - with details as follows :
- Lead Engineering Team in Dongguan factory
- Lead the Team for handling engineering issues for OEM/ODM projects
- Lead the Team for new product design and development, monitor development schedule and cost control...etc
- Resolve customers technical issues
- Tertiary education in Engineering or related disciplines
- Solid engineering experience in plastic toys and soft toys
- Experience in toys manufacturers is a big plus
- Experience in US / EU market or global toys brands
- Work based in Dongguan factory
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
- Annual leave : 14 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefits
