  • Degree holder preferably in Housing Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years' relevant experience with 2-3 years in managing sizable residential properties
  • To formulate and implement effective management policies and procedures
  • To ensure quality services are delivered professionally and in compliance with the statutory requirements in fulfillment of the corporate objectives and values
  • To prepare management budget, manage resources and control operating costs within budget
  • To conduct regular review to streamline and improve the operation for the enhancement of work effectiveness and efficiency
  • Membership of professional institutes an advantage
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
