Responsibilities:

  • Report to Events & Visitor Service Manager;
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email & fax regarding to Center’s venue rental;
  • Liaise with clients on event planning, ensure client objectives are met;
  • Work with team to achieve monthly department rental budget;
  • Coordinate with internal teams and caterer vendors to provide logistics supports to events, exhibitions and meetings;
  • Work with Visitor Service team to provide quality daily operation of front desks / Center tours / operation of Asia Store / other event support;
  • Provide marketing intelligence on current market trends if required;
  • Provide administrative supports in preparing event proposal and budget, updating client database and event booking/ticketing system, filing application forms and ad hoc tasks;
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned; and
  • Overtime is occasionally required;

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in event sales.
  • Self-starter, initiative, a team player, attentive to details and able to work under pressure with strong organization, communications and presentation skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua; and
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing.
