Our client is a popular luxury product retailer, with branches in major cities in Asia and customer based across the globe.

 

The role:

  • Involve in planning and designing of CRM initiatives towards the strategic goals and enhance sales performance as a whole
  • Drive for the implementation of aggressive CRM action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, privileges, communication, partnership programs, etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis on sales and market data, perform data mining, translate the findings into meaningful strategic action plans to maximize sales performance
  • Perform forecasting and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns towards the KPIs as well as perform all round management of VIP program to maintain a high customer engagement level
  • Work closely with Sales team and Customer Services team to drive for the implementation of CRM plans and ensure the alignment towards the objective
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of CRM system

 

If you are:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
  • 3+ years solid experience in retail CRM, more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Strong background in data mining and analysis with and on experience in developing CRM initiatives
  • Good communication and presentation skill, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
