Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales strategies to ensure delivery of annual sales plan and to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit objectives
  • Plan, execute and evaluate all sales related promotion activities
  • Identify (new) business and channel opportunities
  • Monitor account / channel profitability and selling expenses and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit
  • Apply strong Key Account Management skills and Category Know-How to develop right sales strategy for pricing, distribution, product range and promotion
  • Ensure annual trading terms with chain accounts are concluded so that sales / profit opportunities are maximized while business risks are minimized
  • Gains credibility as a POP (Point of Purchase) expert by sharing information / insights with internal / external customers
  • Follow company designed forecasting system and achieve forecasting accuracy at key brand levels
  • Perform good Customer Relationship Management skills fostering mutual beneficial outcome
  • Work & cooperate with various sales and supporting departments to fasten our competiveness in operations

Requirements:

  • University graduate with major in Business or related discipline
  • 3 years working experience in FMCG or any competitive industry is preferred.
  • Possess a macro overview of managing key accounts
  • Understand the dynamic retail structure of HK market with preference in Food and beverage sector
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
