Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing departments and Organizational Development Team to implement learning and development initiatives
  • Design, execute and evaluate training programs in conjunction with Sales Capability Development Manager
  • Logistics support to the learning & developments program in sales and marketing functions
  • Prepare & deliver in-house sales training to code with business & organization’s strategies
  • Support learning & development strategies to enhance sales competency and capability for development

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in sizable organization with solid hands-on experience from sales marketing/training & development
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • With strong initiative and an energetic, enthusiastic and innovative individual
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • Good command of both speaking and written English and Chinese
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Excel
  • Candidates with more qualifications and experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager, Sales Capability Development
