Client Details

Our client is a well-known retail and catering provider with two main self-owned building in Hong Kong. They have over a hundred year of history here with traditional confectionery manufacturing business yet innovative culture

Description

  • To manage the operation with the team to ensure management, maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, transportation, safety and housekeeping service of highest standards are delivered

  • Liaise with various departments for requirements on facilities improvement, preventive and corrective maintenance, and identify cost-effective solutions

  • Review and maintain service reports and agreements and manage external contractors and vendors

  • Ensure the compliance of the building elements & services and property management operation in the group portfolio

Profile

This is a position which requires proven experience in facility management and managerial experience. You will also be strong in dealing with security system and a detail minded person and someone who is always looking for new solutions to existing matters

  • University degree in facilities management / engineering / surveying / building services or related disciplines preferred with strong experience

  • A minimum of 6-7 years¡¯ proven experience in facilities management with at least 3 years in managerial level in sizable organizations

  • A developed knowledge of operational management of office buildings will be an advantage

  • Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise, managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities and plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders

  • Strong leadership, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
