Our Client is a prestige developer. Owing to their expansion, they are looking for a senior management to lead their property management team for their shopping mall portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to oversee a shopping mall to ensure high service standards
  • Oversee and monitor the property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management, etc.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures for daily operation and administrative works
  • Budget planning and setting of annual targets
  • Enhance the supervision effectiveness on operation quality and compliance
  • Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalen
  • 10 years' experience in property and facilities management of which at least with 3 years specialize in shopping malls
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership
  • Execellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
