Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling administrative activities such as correspondence and communication with other banks, merchants and cardholders
  • Handle chargeback / dispute related issues
  • Prepare regular chargeback reports for management review
  • Prepare regular merchant reconciliation journal

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated, preferably in business related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in credit card industry
  • Familiar with Credit Card System (VisionPLUS, Cardlink, Cardpac) is a definitely advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office & Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is a plus
