Garment and toys manufactuer with headquarters in Hong Kong; factories in Dongguan factory (1500-2000 workers) and 2 X factories in Vietnam (1500 workers) mainly for US, European, UK, Japan and Canadian market – we are looking for a    FINANCE MANAGER (station Vietnam)   – with details as follows :
 
 
  • Degree holder of Accounting
  • At least 10 years of manufacturing work experience
  • Experience gained in garment or toys industry is an advantage
  • Experience in offshore factories is a plus, not a must
  • Experience in preparing consolidated accounts and handle complicated inter-company transactions is a plus
  • Have audit and ERP implementation experience is an advantage
  • Treasury experience to deal with bankers
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge in Flex accounting system is an advantage
  • Good command of either English or Putonghua
  • Report to the Finance General Manager who is based in HK Headquarters
  • Lead Vietnam Finance & Accounting Team of 6 members
  • Oversee all accounting, taxation, costing and financial control of 2 production plants in Vietnam
  • Review management report for different business units and provide necessary financial performance analysis
  • Responsible for group financial reporting duties, prepare monthly, interim, and annual performance reports and consolidation reports
  • Ensure legal compliance with local regulations
  • Prepare supporting materials for the financial and internal audit
  • Prepare budget and forecast to ensure budgetary controls on group companies are in place
  • Provide feedback on business strategies and assessment of financial risks
  • Involve in the development and enhancements of group finance and internal control policies
  • Enhance the costing and stock valuation methods
  • Assist to streamline the processes, participate in ERP implementation and improve efficiency of the finance functions
  • Supervise subordinates to achieve KPIs
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Station Vietnam
